SELECTED CLIENTS
CUSTOM UNIFORM RANGE
Reform develops coordinated uniform ranges across roles, seasons and environments, with garment design, colour, branding and material choices shaped around your identity and the way your team works.
Suits · Jackets · Trousers · Skirts
Shirts · Blouses · Polos · T-shirts
Coveralls · Cargo styles · Outerwear
Aprons · Chefwear · Service apparel
Ties · Scarves · Caps · Bags
Every range is defined through the project brief. Available garments, fabrics, trims and branding methods are confirmed during design and sampling.
MATERIALS SELECTED AROUND THE BRIEF
Reform does not prescribe one fibre for every programme. Material selection considers appearance, comfort, durability, care, climate, budget and programme goals. Conventional, performance and recycled options can be evaluated where appropriate and available.

Post-consumer PET enters the recycling stream.
Material is sorted, cleaned and processed.
Processed material is converted into fibre and yarn.
Yarn is engineered into a selected textile.
The garment is designed, sampled and produced.
The journey above explains one recycled-material route, not Reform’s complete fabric offer. Fibre content, performance and traceability claims are confirmed against the documentation for the final approved material.

The confirmed garments are manufactured, finished and quality-checked against the approved programme specifications.
Product lifecycle · Deliver
Finished garments are packed and coordinated against the agreed delivery locations, allocation requirements and project plan.
Product lifecycle · Support
Replenishment, new-starter requirements and programme changes are managed against the approved range and current material availability.
Product end of life
Through third-party partners, eligible damaged and retired uniforms can be collected and downcycled into other useful products. The available route depends on the garment composition, condition, quantity, location and partner programme.
Collection and downcycling are confirmed project by project; they are not represented as a universal recycling route for every garment.
